Assembly systems
Incorrect installation of the screen can shorten its life by up to 90%. PROGRESS SCREENS provides solutions for all types of screening and sorting equipment. Pro-GUM™ rubber screen modules are fastened to the supporting structure made of profiles attached to the screen frame. Thanks to the possibility of changing or replacing individual modules, you will achieve even wear across the entire screen plane.
Parameters
Using a modern machine park, we offer Pro-GUM™ rubber screens in the opening range from 2 – 95 mm. The offer includes square and longitudinal openings in a straight and passing layout.
The standard dimensions of the centre modules are 300 x 500 mm. The dimensions of the modules are individually adapted to the dimensions of the sifter or sorter.

Reinfocements
Rubber screens are among the most durable industrial screens. Still, they cannot withstand particularly difficult working conditions such as screening thick fractions or pre-screening. We have a solution. PROGRESS SCREENS offers the possibility of using additional reinforcements in the form of specially embedded metal frames, angle bars, cords and rods.
Materials
Polyurethane screens operating under various conditions require the use of appropriate elastomers and optimal hardness. PROGRESS SCREENS offers solutions using polyurethane elastomers type A and B in the hardness range 45-95 Sh. Benefit from the advice of our sales engineer.
