New Project with the National Centre for Research and Development

PROGRESS ECO limited liability partnership with its registered office in Dobrów has received funding for the implementation of the project entitled “Development of technology for the production of thin profile wires from hard-to-deform steels with narrowed dimensional tolerances and significant improvement in surface quality for use in welding precise slotted screens with new properties, including criterion screens (accurate)”.

Project objectives:

The aim of the project is to develop technology for the production of thin profile wires from hard-to-deform steels with narrowed dimensional tolerances and significant improvement in surface quality for use in welding precise slotted screens with new properties, including criterion screens (accurate). The result of the project will be a product innovation in the form of technologically advanced precise slotted screens with new properties, used in industrial filtration and separation processes with increased durability and surface quality to increase product longevity, process efficiency, and ecological sustainability. The developed solutions will be verified based on the testing of prototypes of new products manufactured on a pilot installation.

Planned effects:

As part of the project implementation, the Beneficiary will introduce into production technologically advanced precise slotted screens with new properties, used in industrial filtration and separation processes with increased durability and surface quality to increase product longevity, process efficiency, and ecological sustainability. The project addresses identified market demand.

Value of eligible costs: 13,335,493.27 PLN

EU funding for the project: 5,740,681.27 PLN

The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Programme. The project is implemented under the competition of the National Centre for Research and Development: Fast Track.
